Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to add a Materials Specialist to their team in St. Louis, MO. The team that this person will be joining supports specific client material requirements. This person will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels of materials, running weekly supplier meetings and providing weekly reports. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple vendors at a time to make sure that all orders and purchases are taken in properly, delivered on time, and tracked in Excel. This team sits 5 days onsite in St. Louis, MO.

Skills and Requirements

Background / Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics

Proficient with Excel - Pivot Tables, VlookUps, Formulas

Experience tracking KPIs

Experience navigating Power BI

Experience holding meetings to discuss production plan and supply

Experience working with suppliers, team members, and stakeholders

Strong communication and organization

Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree Creating Visualizations in Power BI null
