Aerotek is seeking candidates with any kind of manufacturing experience for a role with a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company in St. Louis. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for career and compensational growth!

Job Description

Manufacturing Associates will be:

• Ensuring that the schedule provided to them by their Team Lead is followed

• Responsible for setting up workstation in a timely and organized manner tearing down the workstation when the Work Order is complete

• Performing tasks with high degree of care and attention

• Following work instructions and procedures drawings and customer specifications required

• Working alone or with others to complete manufacturing jobs to provide on time delivery for customers

• Keeping work area clean and organized to prevent safety and quality errors

• Ensuring/verifying all GMP and GDP practices are followed to ensure quality products are produced for the customer

• Expected to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Completing vital production paperwork and documentation

• Identifying safety hazards unsafe conditions and/or unsafe acts through safety audits and initiatives recommends corrective actions

Skills/Experiences:

• 1-3 years of cleaning experience from any industry

• Previous GMP experience is preferred, but not required

• Good computer skills

Shifts Available:

5:30am - 6:00pm

• Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days

5:30pm - 6:00am

• Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days

Work Environment

Employees will be working in a cleanroom enviornment:

• Wearing a full gowning suit, which includes a body suit, gloves, hair and beard nets, face covers, and safety glasses

• Wearing Tyvek, Nitrile, and/or Latex gloves

• Items/accessories such as makeup, jewelry, nail polish, cologne, and perfume are NOT permitted
