Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Client Services Managers and coordinating the end to end logistics activity with customers. This position will ensure the arrival of equipment, services, and materials to meet customer demands. The goal of this position is to be a liaison between the customers, sales, warehousing, transportation and other service providers to ensure operational information is communicated and executed timely to provide exceptional service to customers.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure transportation bookings, goods and services information requests from internal and external customers are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Monitor inbound and outbound inventory transactions at 3rd party warehouses in relation to projects and future deliveries.

  • Monitors and controls costs through managing shipping schedules, volumes, warehouse/inventory management and order/transfer frequencies.

  • Maintains, organizes, and files accurate records of: transactions, customer orders, transfers, bill of ladings, import and export as well as claims activity.

  • Keeps records of customer both internal and external interactions and transactions.

  • Research, analyze, and make recommendations for solutions to improve accuracy, speed, efficiency, and data analysis in support of fulfillment and supply chain efficiency.

  • Coordinates activities for Imports/Exports for Goods including: Inventory management, schedule shipments and transportation.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-- Ability to work with diverse teams locally and remotely.

-- Strong work ethic and the ability to work additional hours or holidays, as needed

-- Efficiency with Microsoft office suites, Outlook, Excel and Word.






-- 3 - 4 years of experience in logistics customer service or supply chain management.
