BASIC FUNCTION:

The Human Resources Coordinator supports all departments within Human Resources to keep the team organized and efficient. This team member will collaborate with the Human Resources team to complete administrative tasks and projects. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, integrity, service to others, and confidentiality.  

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

Education and/or Experience:      

Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of 4 years of high school. One- three years of HR experience is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).  Experience in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint a plus. Experience with Workday a plus.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Keen attention to detail in drafting and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Articulate and persuasive communicator.
  • Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations.
