Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the bustling city of St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate pipelines within a dynamic corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including internal databases and other platforms such as LinkedIn and Monster.

• Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Coordinating and scheduling meetings with hiring managers who will make the final decisions.

• Providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.

• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in our internal recruitment system.

• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the recruitment function.

• Utilizing various software and systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time for efficient recruitment process.

• Conducting background checks and handling other hiring processes documentation.

• Assisting with benefit functions and other HR related tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with the Careerbuilder platform

• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions

• Skill in creating and maintaining Documentation

• Experience in Hiring Processes
