Job Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses in the Maryland Heights area through face-to-face meetings and networking events.
• Identify Opportunities: Qualify potential clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our staffing solutions to meet client needs.
• Close Deals: Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure new business.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Conduct client follow-ups and represent Express at industry events.
