Roseann Mabry at Robert Half is excited to be placing a Operation's Support Specialist with a growing client in Maryland Heights. The position for the Operation's Support Specialist will be direct hire adding to the department due to growth. This is a fast pace Operation's Support Specialist role will be answering inbound calls, answering emails from various businesses to schedule pick ups for materials in the Missouri area and Metro East, following up with completed service's, and sending over completed work orders to accounting. The Operation's Support Specialist will be working heavily in Excel and must be able to sort, filter, delete columns, rows ands review customer data. The Operation's Support Specialist Representative will call transportation companies, quote pricing, and schedule the deliveries or pick ups. The hours are 8:00 AM-4:30PM. Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through calls and emails

• Scheduling pick-ups for materials in the Missouri area and Metro East

• Working extensively with Microsoft Excel to sort, filter, delete columns, and review customer data

• Engaging with transportation companies to quote pricing and schedule deliveries or pick-ups

• Maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing superior customer service

• Utilizing third-party logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our services

• Implementing your knowledge of ground transportation to effectively coordinate deliveries and pick-ups

• Performing order entry tasks as part of the overall customer service process

• Continuously assessing and improving processes to enhance the customer experience

• Ensuring communication with customers is of the highest standard, reflecting our commitment to excellent service.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role with at least 3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Familiarity with Third Party Logistics and Logistics is essential.

• Experience with Order Entry is highly desirable.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.

• Understanding of Ground Transportation processes would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
