Work Youll Do Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. 50% Travel required nationally. Telecommuting permitted. Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following: Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating clients business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing Waterfall methodology; Working across phases of the IT Business Transformation, including Blueprinting, Build, Cutover, Testing, Training, Go Live and Hypercare Phases for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for different Legacy system and different Web Based applications in the clients landscape; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS); Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Project Management Center (PMC); Utilizing HP ALM to support and perform Integration and Testing (IandT) to ensure successful build and implementation of project solutions; and Performing Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Inventory Management (IM) production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing MS SharePoint, and HP ALM.
