These position will be filled at the Building Maintenance Worker or Building Systems Mechanic level depending on the qualifications of the selected candidates. The hourly starting salary will be as follows and will be based on experience and qualifications:

Building Maintenance Worker: $15.00 - $18.00

Progression with a 5% increase subject to the pay range maximum in Transportation / Public Works to L621-Building System Mechanic is automatic upon documentation of successful completion of technical school graduation, completion of a skilled building systems trade apprenticeship plus three years of related experience, or equivalent combination.

Building Systems Mechanic: $22.19 - $26.62
