Description A growing company is in need of an Accounting Manager eager to provide a results-driven performance. This position is available for immediate hire. The Accounting Manager will supervise daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. What you get to do every single day

Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet tight deadlines

Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics and actual spend against budgets/outlook

Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies and procedures

Assist in the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation and reconciliation processes Requirements - CPA/MBA preferred

• Solid technology and analytical abilities

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Deep understanding of account reconciliation

• Knowledge of Financial Close Process

• Proven knowledge of general ledger

• GAAP Accounting experience

• Experience with Pivot Table

• Recent relevant financial experience

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
