Salary: $24.00-$25.00 hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Duration: 2 months, with option to extend.

What’s a typical day as a Reservation Specialist? You’ll be:

• Providing outstanding customer service, specializing in member retention and acquisition.

• Developing and maintaining brand loyalty through exceptional customer service, including timely responses to customer inquiries via phone calls, SMS, and emails.

• Representing Wine Club in the tasting room to build relationships with members.

• Receiving, processing, and following through on wine shipments and special handling order requests.

• Assisting customers with experience reservation bookings.

• Responding to customer inquiries about events and experiences.

• Acting as the primary point person for order management and resolving delivery and compliance issues.

• Assisting with outbound calling campaigns to support visitation and drive revenue.

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners and assisting with winery events.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of retail sales, hospitality, sales administrative support, or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree.

• Are skilled in the use of MS Outlook at an intermediate level.

• Have experience with Commerce 7, Wineshipping, Tock, or Twilio (experience is a plus, but willing to train).
