As a Bottling Plant Filling Technician,you will play an essential role in ensuring that our products are accurately filled,labeled,and packaged for distribution. You will work with a variety of equipment and be responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

      Operate and monitor bottling and filling equipment to ensure accurate and efficient filling of products according to company standards and procedures.

      Set up and prepare equipment for production runs,including cleaning,sanitizing,and calibration.

      Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy of product volume,label placement,and packaging.

      Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues in a timely manner.

      Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

      Complete all required documentation and record-keeping accurately and in a timely manner.

      Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Qualifications

      1-2 years of experience in a bottling or filling role,preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

      Knowledge of production equipment and processes,including filling,packaging,labeling,and batching.

      Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

      Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively.

      Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

      Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.

      Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures is preferred.

Pay

$17.00 Per Hour
