Overview

The Talent Development (TD) Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and innovative projects that enhance talent development capabilities and outcomes. In addition, this role is responsible for analyzing data, managing projects, database systems, departmental budgets, and developing and driving marketing/communication for the department. This role is key in building and developing the TD 'brand' within the organization. This position requires a growth mindset, the ability to tell a story with data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thinks outside of the box "What's Possible."

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and lead all TD marketing and communication enterprise-wide; collaborate with enterprise marketing and communication teams to promote TD programs through various channels, including social media and internal platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain all SharePoint applications and sites; ensure consistency and continuity among all applications.

• Oversee and maintain tasks and projects on project management software (Monday.com), ensuring all content is up-to-date and accessible.

• Plan, coordinate, develop, and manage the enterprise-wide training calendar; assist with enrollments and Q&A.

• Provide analytic support and reports to the Talent Development team for the Learning Management System (LMS); manage the LMS inbox, upload courses, and manage learning groups and learning journeys.

• Manage and monitor the departmental budget; prepare the budget for monthly distribution and ensure timely completion for enterprise reporting.

• Create and manage a process to track program expenses; manage Purchasing Card (PCard) expenses; ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness of initiatives; review and process invoices in a timely manner.

• Analyze and report on the learning and development data and outcomes using various tools and techniques, such as dashboards, charts, graphs, etc.; identify trends and work with Program Managers to align with data to make data-driven decisions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of TD programs and initiatives using various metrics and indicators, such as learner feedback, knowledge retention, skill transfer, behavior change, performance improvement, etc.; provide insights and recommendations based on the data and feedback collected.

• Effectively coordinate and lead projects from start to finish; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technology delivery.

• Use a strategic mindset to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the business partners and clients.

• Design and deliver engaging, clear, concise presentations; present to different stakeholders, such as customers, partners, executives, or peers.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of success in supporting organization-wide talent development programs, including training, coaching, data analytics (strong preference for Tableau), and relationship management.

• Demonstrated competence in HRIS/LMS (SuccessFactors or similar) and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Expertise in design, configuration, customization, development, and maintenance of SharePoint applications and sites.

• Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and exploring new technologies and solutions; knowledge of or interest in emerging technologies, such as cloud, artificial intelligence, etc.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include considerable time spent sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device.

• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.

• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
