Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

Material handlers will:

• Prepare material by loading product on vertical rewinding machine

• Prepare product for scans

• Document any irregularities emphasized

• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database

• Comply and assist with enforcing all Company/Safety policies and procedures

• Operate a 4-point harness overhead crane to transport product

• Document final length/weight

• Prepare labels, and other shipping documentation

• Operate binding equipment, according to specification

• Move product to shipping area

Skills/Experiences Required

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing setting

• Interest and ability in working as a part of a team

Shifts Available - Both shifts are on 2/2/3 Schedules:

• 7:45am - 8:00pm

• 7:45pm - 8:00am

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.

Work Environment

Non-climate control – temperature will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Extensive physical activity including standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, and crawling.
