Forklift Operator

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes preparing orders, operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and organizing shipments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with both physical and computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare re-pack request orders by weighing product

• Operate warehouse forklift and shrink wrap machine

• Report discrepancies, abnormalities, and problems to the Warehouse Supervisor

• Pull inventory, shrink wrap product and prepare pallet orders for shipping

• Print shipping labels for customer service orders, UPS, and individual outgoing boxes

• Organize necessary paperwork for freight carriers to pick up outgoing shipments

• Pull daily orders from Customer Service Department and organize and prepare for shipping

• Ship and receive product in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Skills

• 6 or more months of warehouse experience

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient with basic math (addition, subtraction)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation

• Order picking

• Experience with RF scanners

• Experience in production environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $19.43/hr.
