Description We are offering an engaging role in the city of Saginaw, Michigan, United States for an Operations Processor. The selected candidate will be a part of our team and will be responsible for a range of duties, which are mainly focused on data and check processing, credit handling, and customer service. This role is based at our office and is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing the Calyx Point system for efficient data processing

• Handling tasks related to IBM AS/400, LPS, and Microsoft Excel to manage data

• Accurately processing checks with the About Time system

• Managing closing processes and credit-related tasks

• Delivering exceptional customer service to customers and addressing their inquiries

• Assisting with cost control measures and budgeting-forecasting activities

• Implementing change management strategies to improve operational efficiency

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Supervising team members and managing supervisory tasks

• Utilizing effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments. Requirements • Must have experience in Operations Processing

• Proficiency in using Calyx Point

• Demonstrable skills in Data Processing

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400

• Experience in using LPS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Experience in Check Processing

• Familiarity with Closing Processes

• Understanding of Credit processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Knowledge of Cost Control methods

• Experience in Forecasting and Budgeting

• Familiarity with Change Management processes

• Excellent Communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft software

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in Supervising teams

• Knowledge of Supervisory management techniques
