Join Our Team as a Vocational Trainer! We\'re looking for a Vocational Trainer to teach job readiness skills and lead our programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on Transition to Employment (TTE), Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and the PAES Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• TTE: Train students in employment skills.
• Pre-ETS: Deliver workshops on job exploration, learning experiences, and self-advocacy.
• PAES Lab: Manage the lab for assessing students\' work potential.
• Collaborate: Work with businesses and organizations for practical learning opportunities.
• Assess Progress: Track and report on student progress.

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
• Experience in vocational training for developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of TTE, Pre-ETS, and PAES Labs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Current or obtainable Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
