We are opening a role in the manufacturing industry located in New Jersey. This role is a Virtual Color Consultant, operating through our Virtual Color Consulting platform. As a Production Assistant, you will be instrumental in building relationships with new and existing customers to deliver solutions through color expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct virtual color consultations for customers across North America to facilitate the color selection process by offering solutions and removing guesswork.

• Handle post-color consultation communication efficiently and effectively to provide a premium experience interacting with the brand.

• Gain deep knowledge of our color collections, product portfolio and the interior design community to personify our brand.

• Apply expert knowledge across various types of projects ranging from small interior spaces to exteriors, and projects including exterior stains.

• Utilize databases, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft software, and design and graphic design skills to enhance the quality of your work.

• Ensure all your work is documented clearly and accurately, and that you can manage multiple projects and clients at once.

• Conduct your work in a virtual environment, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with outstanding attention to detail.

• Put personal design taste aside and help clients bring their vision to life.

Requirements • Proven experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably as a Production Assistant.

• Proficiency in using database software for record keeping and data management.

• Detailed understanding of EO/IR systems and their application in a manufacturing context.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights for monitoring and improving production processes.

• Proficiency in using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports and presentations.

• Experience in casting processes used in manufacturing.

• Ability to contribute to the design and improvement of manufacturing processes.

• Experience in creating and maintaining documentation for manufacturing processes.

• Involvement in filming processes, especially in a manufacturing context.

• Graphic Design skills for creating visuals for presentations and reports. Innovation starts with people.®
