Description:

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the CSF (Community Support Facilitator) assumes responsibility for operations of organization and assure agreed upon delivery of support services. 

Qualifications:

Education:

B.A in Psychology or related filed (M.A. preferred) or 4 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Experience:

2+ years of direct support experience with people with behavior challenges, medical involvement or psychiatric diagnosis, and forensic involvement. 

1+ year of experience coordinating services for people with developmental disabilities.

1+ year experience in Supervisory position preferred.
