Description We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Software Development III role, based in Sacramento, California. This role is part of the software development industry and focuses on writing and maintaining source code, creating and maintaining software applications, and managing the frameworks involved in a software release.

Responsibilities:

• Writing, testing, and maintaining source code for various software applications.

• Applying and managing frameworks involved in software releases.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems that require deep technical knowledge.

• Documenting procedures and processes related to software development.

• Managing configurations for software applications.

• Providing training and coaching to lower level technical staff.

• Collaborating with internal experts to develop technical solutions.

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

• Communicating effectively with internal and client project teams.

• Maintaining a deep understanding of principles, theories, and concepts of the technical domain. Requirements • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in documentation, ensuring the accurate recording of project progress and results.

• Experience in training team members or clients and facilitating knowledge transfer.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' project management software or similar time-tracking tools.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and motivating teams.

• Understanding of payroll functions and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

• Ability to effectively answer queries and provide clear instructions to team members.

• Proven ability to collaborate with a team and work towards shared goals.

• Experience in configuration management and the ability to maintain and control versions of software.

• Knowledge of HIPAA-regulated environments, ensuring adherence to all privacy and security regulations.

• Proficiency in the use of various software development frameworks.

• Experience in delivering software deliverables on time and within budget.

• Understanding of key principles related to software development.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Experience in talent management and the ability to identify, attract, and retain talent.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

• Experience in software application development and maintenance.

• Knowledge of computer programming and software development principles.

• Ability to provide effective technical solutions to complex problems.

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

• Experience in managing software release cycles.
