The Project Manager manages all aspects of multiple client print and direct mail projects under aggressive deadlines including design specs/issues for postal compliance, print and artwork collateral review, payment, purchasing, budgeting, billing and determines appropriate internal resources to be assigned to ensure an accurate and successful client project/campaign outcome. Promotion to Sr. Project Manager can be achieved by demonstrating outstanding performance though it is not guaranteed within any specific time frame.

salary: $68,000 - $71,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client's print and direct mail projects from start to finish, including design issues for postal compliance, payment, purchasing, budgeting, billing, managing and assigning internal resources.

• Plan projects and make decisions on print/production scheduling and determines project priorities.

• Obtain quotes and negotiate with vendors on best pricing for material, printing, and other outsourced services.

• Negotiate with client on pricing and associated fees.

• Direct and supervise the work of the production staff, data processing on all aspect of the client's project to ensure timelines are met and overtime is managed.

• Communicate with client to ensure project needs are met.
