Description We are on the lookout for an adept Project Coordinator to be part of our team in Sacramento, California. The role primarily revolves around construction project coordination, where you will be entrusted with tasks such as customer application processing, customer record maintenance, and customer queries resolution. Additionally, you will be monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications pertaining to construction projects.

• Maintaining precise customer credit records in relation to construction projects.

• Resolving customer inquiries regarding construction projects.

• Monitoring customer accounts linked with construction projects and taking required actions.

• Assisting the Project Manager and team with various functions without much supervision.

• Managing and coordinating meeting schedules, tracking progress, and spreading key information.

• Drafting and editing project reports related to construction projects.

• Coordinating with both internal and external parties to support different initiatives and projects.

• Ensuring an organized document control system for the project until its close-out.

• Documenting all correspondence and related project information.

• Organizing various components required to develop, run, and conclude major projects by coordinating with internal and external parties.

• Using software like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint for various tasks.

• Carrying out other duties as assigned. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is essential for managing and organizing project documents.

• Extensive experience in handling construction projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Ability to use project management tools and software to track project progress and report status.

• Demonstrated ability to comply with all health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure all project specifications and requirements are met.

• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate potential project issues and take appropriate action.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating project plans, schedules, and report
