Pacific Seafood Operations Analyst Intern in Sacramento, California

Pacific Seafood offers a unique, 13-week internship program that gives interns the chance to make an immediate impact on our company. Starting with a structured orientation week at our corporate headquarters near Portland, OR, you’ll be able to meet the team and learn the full scope of our business. Throughout the summer months, you’ll dive deep into a meaningful project for our company, which you’ll then present to our executive leadership team at the end of your internship. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members to develop an understanding of the entire seafood production process, associated process flows, and costing models through hands-on experience, observation, and analysis

  • Develop training materials for our end users for continuous improvement, project management, and change management.

  • Observe and evaluate current process flows and create creative solutions to increase efficiencies

  • Prepare project overview and present findings to executive leadership.

  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

     

    What You Bring to Pacific Seafood

    Required

  • Pursuit of a Business related undergraduate/graduate degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

  • Experience in SQL, R, Python, or other Data Analysis languages
