As a Mobile App Product Manager, you will create journeys to service and retain customers crafting personalized upsell opportunities to drive higher attachment rates. You will manage the vision, user experience, engineering execution, and delivery of Ford Credit mobile app experiences customers expect to love.

You'll have...

• 5+ years of Product Management experience managing mobile apps to deliver best in class experiences

• Expertise in delivering mobile apps on iOS and Android tech stacks

• Familiarity or have worked in SAFE agile

• Track record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.

Even better, you may have...

• Strong decision making and strategic thinker - able to leverage quantitative data and qualitative consumer research/feedback to drive discovery and ensure the right customer problems are prioritized.

• OEM Finance background nice to have.

• Effective in working across organizational boundaries to define, manage and prioritize work.

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of an organization.
