What you can expect

You will design, implement, and manage Marketing Fund Partner Program (MFP) strategy in alignment with partner and channel go-to-market approach. Lead program design, manage investments, ensure compliance, budget management, and measure performance for the Marketing Fund Partner Program (MFP). You will develop and roll out demand generation initiatives through the MFP that grow Zoom’s Phone and Contact Center business. Collaborating with Partner Marketing, channel sales, finance, and legal teams to optimize ROI and enhance partnership outcomes effectively.

About the Team

The Partner Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored to the company's partner ecosystem. Our primary goal is to support and enable partners to effectively market and sell the company's products and services.

What we’re looking for

• Have 7-10 years of experience in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Experience in partner programs, MFP management, or a related field within a technology or SaaS company if possible.

• Have previous experience in budget management and performance measurement.

• Have familiarity with partner ecosystems and experience in coordinating marketing efforts with regional teams.

• Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$93,900.00

Maximum:

$217,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
