Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in machines.

• Repair and Replacement: Replace defective parts and components, such as motors, bearings, sensors, and belts.

• Installation: Set up and install new equipment, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

• Testing: Run tests to ensure machines are operating correctly after repairs or maintenance.

• Documentation: Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure machinery complies with safety standards and regulations.

• Collaboration: Work with production teams and engineers to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• Inventory Management: Manage parts and supply inventory needed for repairs and maintenance.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
