Responsibilities

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced EP RNs; current employees not eligible

The RN provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally.

The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy General Hospital and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.

Qualifications

$15,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced EP RNs; current employees not eligible

Minimum Qualifications:

Current California RN license

One (1) year experience as an RN working in an electrophysiology and/or cardiac cath lab (If this is considered a training opportunity, candidates must have critical care experience)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Training to discontinue arterial and venous lines

Call is required

Pay Range

$54.39 - $67.12 /hour
