Position Overview:

Provides advanced data base management support through the creation, maintenance, integration and validation of provider and location data utilized for the Sutter Health website. Conducts data quality analysis and data reconciliation, as well as data reporting and dashboard development. Will have/or need to develop an in-depth understanding of provider relationships within the organization, as well as deep understanding of how data displays based on public facing web site behavior and rules.

Job Description :

The person selected for this role must come on site for work, meetings etc. and live in the Northern California Sutter Health Footprint.

This is not a 100% remote role.

EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to organize multiple projects, bridge clinical management concepts with technical/systems capabilities and produce professional, interpretable, accurate reports.

Self-directed and work independently.

Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional manner is required.

Knowledge of data-base creation, maintenance and report writing.

Knowledge of database applications, word processing, desktop publishing and demonstrated skills in database management.

Ability to interface clinical interpretation with technical capabilities.

Pay Range is $40.25 to $60.38 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
