Are you a skilled CNC machine operator ready for a new challenge? A defense and security solutions company is looking for a machinist to join the team.
You can go to work within the next few weeks in a clean and safe facility. This team works hard but in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Safety is always a priority so your first day on the job will include a thorough safety orientation.
Pay ranges from $23 - $35 per hour and overtime is optional but often encouraged.
As a CNC Operator you will update set-up and tooling sheets as required, basic programming, accurately adjusts machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications, and inspects work utilizing basic inspection equipment.
You will be on your feet throughout your shift and will need to move swiftly to complete tasks in a timely manner, while always maintaining a focus on safety.
Working hours: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Machine setup and machine tending
Inspect and adjust machine to correct for defects in product
Handle product and raw materials
Follow directions in a dynamic work environment
Maintain concentration over a long period of time
High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of recent CNC operating experience
Mathematical calculation skills
Demonstrate concern for safety and good track record
Willing and available to work overtime on occasion
