Job duties will include harvesting sod and hay, including operating tractors/ forklifts (mowing,
rolling, raking, loading farm product on trucks). Workers will be expected to stack rolls of sod
on pallets during the harvesting process, unroll and install sod, stacking hay bales. Daily
maintenance of farm vehicles, tractors and other farm equipment. Driving farm vehicles
between fields to haul supplies, tools, and farm workers to complete the agricultural activities.
Other duties may include but are not limited to maintaining farm buildings and fences, trimming
trees and brush around fields. The hours and days of the week listed above are based on a
typical week, but will vary throughout the season depending on crop and weather. 1 month
experience in agricultural duties required.
