Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an experienced Customer Success Specialist who is bilingual in Canadian-French and English. The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Listen attentively and empathetically to customer complaints to understand their issues.

• Gather relevant facts and documentation to support customer claims.

• Negotiate with various parties involved in the project to cover costs and implement resolutions.

• Ensure timely responses to customer and affiliate inquiries.

• Facilitate the progression of service claims to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for managing and tracking customer interactions.

• Use your skills in Conflict Resolution to handle and resolve customer issues.

• Initiate claims on behalf of customers when necessary.

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and claims.

Requirements • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

• Have the ability to resolve conflicts professionally and in a timely manner.

• Relevant experience in the construction/contractor industry is preferable.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to customer needs.

• Must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

• Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• High level of professionalism and business ethics.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
