The individual will play a crucial role in our team, handling a wide range of accounting functions. This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our organization, as it involves maintaining precise and accurate accounting records, performing accounts payable and receivable functions, and contributing to our financial forecasting and budgeting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations

• Conducting financial forecasting and budgeting activities

• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts

• Performing month-end and year-end close processes

• Preparing and analyzing balance sheet reconciliations

• Assisting with preparation of tax returns and audits

• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems

• Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions

• Performing payroll processing functions

• Coordinating month end physical inventory, preparing worksheets and distributing to appropriate individuals, and summarizing results.

Requirements • Must hold a minimum of one year of experience in a staff accountant role or a similar position.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Should have experience in performing bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with General Ledger operations is crucial.

• Should have the ability to accurately prepare and maintain journal entries.

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required.

• Proficiency in using SAP software is expected.

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional numerical proficiency, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Should have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Must adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards applicable to the role.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is preferred.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the location of the job.
