Job Description

AbbVie France is recruiting an Apprentice - Learning Project Manager to join our Future Fit Capabilities team, fully integrated within our Customer/Business Excellence Division.

This position is to be filled from September/October 2024 for a period of 12 month.

As a member of the AbbVie team, and more specifically as a Learning Project Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of learning strategies on customer engagement, data & analytics. This role involves ownership of The Academy for marketing and commercial teams, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning programs (onboarding, continuous development & launch) and initiatives (awareness program, community of practices…) to enhance the learning experiences. Learning project manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the learning programs are aligned with the organization's goals, objectives, and brand.

Within this context, your principal responsibilities will be to:   

  • Manage The Academy for BT & IFT and content, including production and administration of the tool,

  • Design learning experience on ACE on onboarding, continuous development & launchs (analyze needs, define objectives, define tools and supports, etc.),

  • Promote training content internally,

  • Define and measure Learning Measurement Framework,

  • Drive the Subject Matter Expert within the ACE team to ensure harmonization, coherence, and use of our ecosystem.

Qualifications

Our Future Fit Capabilities team is looking for a student preparing a Master in Innovation, Projet Management, or Digital Health within a Business or Engineering School (“Grandes Ecoles”).

In addition to this education, you:

  • Ideally have a past student experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Have advanced Marketing knowledge

  • Are rigorous, organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects

  • Are curious, open-minded, adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment

  • Communicate well with a diverse set of stakeholders, including senior managers

  • Have an analytical mindset and are able to be succinct when needed

  • Master the Microsoft office pack

  • Are comfortable writing and speaking in English
