Job Description

AbbVie France is recruiting an Artificial Intelligence Project Management. The position is to be filled from September 2024 for a period of 12 months.

Reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE transformation function, the Artificial Intelligence project manager will participate in the structuring and deployment of AbbVie France’s Artificial Intelligence project.

The main activities will be:

  • To support the Artificial Intelligence project (communication, events, materials…)

  • Definition of the Artificial Intelligence roadmap & operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, competencies…)

  • Support Artificial Intelligence Use Cases

  • Coordination of internal teams (business questions / workshops, bidding process, interaction with start-ups, project roll-out, KPI reporting)

  • Management of a community of external stakeholders

  • Animation of an internal community of experts

  • Take part to the overall animation of the Artificial Intelligence project

  • Relationship internal (CEX, IT, BU Managers, Sales Manager, Medical Advisors, Brand Team(s), In-field teams, Legal, Finance, Pharmaceutical Affairs, OEC, QA, PV, Europe & Global… & external (Innovation ecosystem, external provider, digital agencies...)

Qualifications

Our Artificial Intelligence team is looking for a student preparing a Master in Innovation, Projet Management, or Digital Health within a Business or Engineering School (“Grandes Ecoles ”). Ideally this person also has past student work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

In addition to this education, you:

  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and organization

  • Writing skills, analytical and synthesis skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Autonomous, curious, open-minded, reactive

  • Team player, adaptability

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong work capacity

  • Ability to work on multiple projects

  • Fluent English
