Job Description

The service team produce a wide range of high-performance electrical solutions, to support the growth of energy transformation. As a Services Technician you'll be a key player in our production team, ensuring the efficient assembly of products to meet daily targets while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role you will focus on:

  • Achieving Production Targets: Play a crucial role in meeting production goals, building & testing of various new power modules as well as supporting the team in other areas.

  • Maintaining Quality: Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards, adhering to standard operating instructions.

  • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of your workstation to ensure optimal operation.

  • Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets compliance standards, including Calibration, and PAT; training will be provided.

  • Supporting Team Efforts: Step in to support other manufacturing duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • 5S Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

  • EHS Standards: Follow best practices for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), fully aligning with GE EHS standards.

We are looking for a committed and professional individual with:

  • Experience working in a small team.

  • Experience adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Knowledge of engineering requirements.

  • Experience following procedures and producing high quality work.

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

  • Forklift Truck License.
