As an Embedded Linux Firmware Architect in the ETDS Gateway team, you design and develop embedded software requirements in conjunction with the overall product and system roadmap. You cooperate closely with architects and developers to design and develop the best technical solutions.

What you´ll do:

• Design features and specifications for our solutions

• Participate actively in the development and maintenance

• Lead and coach teammates on technical skills

• Guarantee cyber-secured solutions

• Embrace, promote and enhance development processes to ensure the quality of deliverables (DevOps)

• Participate to the backlog definition and planning and provide workload elements

• Participate to technology scouting (open-source libraries, standard protocols, ...)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Excellent software skills in embedded Linux environment: architecture, design, and development

• Solid experience with networks and protocols

• Excellent programming skills in modern C++ Experience with defining an architecture and delivering according to that architecture

• Experience in Linux distribution build systems (Yocto)

• Knowledge of unit-testing, continuous integration (GH Actions, Jenkins), and version control (Git, GHE)
