Pay Rate 50 - 75

A new team at Dell is being asked to help operationalize an effort to streamline and standardize all processes and applications across an enterprise. This includes all products, programs and processes used by IT, legal, marketing, sales, services, etc.

The team needs a strong quantitative analyst who is a wiz with Excel, vLookups, PowerBi and someone who can customize and recommend which platforms are helpful for the business case at hand. They need someone who has experience spearheading strategy and can ask the necessary questions to make decisions. They will be responsible for articulating and demonstrating the progress made by this initiative through data visualization as well as maintaining good, regular data.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in business and data analysis

Ability to build out complex dashboards in Excel (including vLookups) and PowerBI

Experience working with KPIs, framing metrics, attainment models and mapping progress

Experience interfacing with technical, non-technical and executive stakeholders

Extremely strong communication skills and attention to detail Enterprise experience null
