Production Coordinator - Pulp Mill Resource and team leader within a production unit in a participative work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Managing processes and leading people in the pulp mill work unit. * Adherence to safety, quality, environmental objectives and policies. * Supporting and achieving department goals relevant to business objectives while abiding by personal and company values. * Collaboration across mill departments to ensure material and production flow within the processes to meet customer needs. * Supplier coordination and management meeting budget and quality requirements. * Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded - internal and external. * Provides training and both technical and non-technical support for team members. Technical Competencies: * 3 years of supervisory experience, * Degree in Pulp & Paper, Engineering, Business, Environmental or * 10 years of operations experience in a manufacturing setting. * Computer, communication, troubleshooting, analysis, and mechanical aptitude skills. * Wood conversion and/or sulfite pulping experience desired. * Wastewater Operator License desired. * Successful experience in promoting a safe working environment.
