BiltWise Structures is excited to grow our team. We build houses indoors, taking stress off of both workers and materials in our state of the art facility. We are building a robust team with an incredible culture. We are looking for someone to join our carpentry team in primarily a framing carpentry capacity. For this position, you must be able to read a tape measure and have at least some carpentry experience.

We are comfortable training someone who may be green, but would appreciate a candidate with at least basic foundations.

Above all, we are looking for someone reliable and hardworking. You will work on a variety of framing projects, including wall framing, roof framing, floor framing, and interpreting blueprints for accurate construction. Our ideal candidate has an aptitude for precision and can handle a variety of tasks. We are willing to train the right person; all we ask is that you are reliable and dedicated.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform carpentry work according to plans and specifications - Measure, cut, and install - Collaborate with others to complete carpentry projects - Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite

Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications: - Keen attention to detail - Able to use common hand tools and power tools - Basic trade tools; all other tools are provided by Impresa - Troubleshooting and communication skills - Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces
