Work You'll Do

Join a dedicated team focused on enhancing the strength and resilience of the defense industrial base. Our mission is to deliver and sustain secure and resilient capabilities quickly and cost-effectively. This role supports priorities such as responding to operational needs, modernizing critical deterrents, executing acquisition reforms, sustaining critical systems, and ensuring a robust, secure, and innovative industrial base. Our team collaborates to provide actionable insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership, ensuring that current and future needs can be met effectively.

  • Support project management activities and serve as a point of contact with client executives.

  • Regularly interact and communicate with Government Contracting Officers and delegated representatives.

  • Identify, analyze, and utilize data on the defense industrial base to increase visibility and direct strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze market trends and industrial base capacity for future assessments and investments.

  • Enhance the strength of strategic and critical materials supply chains and policies.

  • Review policies and oversight mechanisms to incentivize the supplier base.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project delivery, oversight of business enablers, and managing business solutions.

  • Expertise in process improvement, systems alignment, and quality assurance principles.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

    Preferred:

  • Experience in conducting analysis to support investment and financial decisions for large international corporations.

  • Experience in tracking trends, identifying risks, and proposing mitigating solutions, including policy changes, market incentives, and investment strategies.

  • Ability to identify policies or strategies leveraging existing authorities to mitigate risks or develop new industrial capabilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification techniques.

  • Understanding of supply chain risk management and value chain analysis.

  • Ability to advise clients on future risk mitigation strategies based on identified risks through supply chain due diligence.
