Position Location: 2685 Patton Rd. Roseville, MN 55113

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift between 8am-5pm CST

Primary Responsibilities:

• Triaging phone calls to appropriate team members

• Assist in creating /routing pharmacy orders through receipt

• Review and verification of members' prescriptions

• Preps and scans documents, verifies member data, submits orders in computer system

• May contact members to validate data, request payment information and establish priority of order

• This person will assist Pharmacy and Warehouse team members in completing daily prescription and delivery processing

• Will assist in tracking patient deliveries

• Assist with tracking and retrieval of rental equipment

• Scanning and filing of pharmacy documents into Electronic Medical records

• Assist with medical document tracking including faxing, follow-up calls, requests for documentation, and updating pharmacy system when documents received

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older

• Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications

• Ability to work on site at 2685 Patton Rd. Roseville, MN 55113 Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift between 8am-5pm CST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician licensure

• Previous Pharmacy experience

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Standing and sitting for 8 hours / day
