Description

Robert Half has an exciting contract to hire employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Roseville, Michigan. The role entails providing technical support to end-users, managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic troubleshooting and end-user hardware and software support in person, and remotely

• Diagnose and resolve issues with PC, tablets, and mobile devices for end-users

• Provide new user set up and password resets, recommend and implement corrective solutions as needed

• Stay abreast of the latest technologies to ensure the company is utilizing the latest tech appropriately

• Stay current on new Technologies, provide recommendations, and manage implementation of new technologies

• Some local travel will be required in the greater Metro Detroit and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or a similar role

• Proficiency in Basic Network Troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS

• Experience in handling both hardware and software issues

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with Payroll or ERP systems is a bonus

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of end-users
