Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained always.

Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.

Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.

Foster a positive work environment where staff feel valued and motivated to succeed.

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 18 for insurance purposes.

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of inventory management and financial principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
