Our client is seeking a bus person to join their team. As a bus person, you will be part of the wait staff. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and prior experience working in a large fast paced foodservice environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bus Person

Location: Rosemont, IL

Pay:$18/hr. M-F 9am-5p 3-week contract

What’s the Job?

• Dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, organizing, and polishing.

• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitization, and order within common kitchen spaces before and after use.

• Emptying Trash, Recycling, and Compost regularly and disposing of waste in appropriate bins.

• Assist culinary and product development teams in set up and break down of kitchen spaces for events and meetings.

• Restocking kitchen supplies and disposables. Unpack, rotate, label and stock all inventory.

What’s Needed?

• Able to work within a refrigerator or freezer for short periods of time (PPE provided).

• Ability to comprehend and carry out complicated verbal instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the corporate kitchens
