What You-ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote independence and positive behaviors.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans that truly make a difference.

• Accurately record session data using electronic devices to track progress and outcomes.

• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build strong connections with their families.

What We-re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

• Proficiency in Spanish.

Important Details:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.

• All positions start part-time, allowing you to balance work and studies.

• You-ll need to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

• We-re looking for candidates ready to commit for at least six months to help change our clients- lives.
