ADP is hiring a Sr. Specialist, Data Analytics & Project Management.

ADP’s External Communications team is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to play a crucial role in the overall success and efficiency of the team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, all aimed at overseeing the critical day-to-day operations of the team.

In this role, you will work cross functionally, engaging with leaders in Media Relations, Executive Communications, the ADP Newsroom, Brand, Digital Marketing and Measurement teams daily. This involves coordinating and managing workflows, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner, maintaining clear lines of communication across different teams and departments, maintaining and enhancing reporting and measurement initiatives and more.

In addition, the Senior Operations Specialist also plays a vital role in optimizing processes within the team. By constantly evaluating and refining processes, the Senior Operations Specialist helps the team to operate at its full potential, delivering exceptional results for both internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management

  • Project managing the development and execution of External Communications initiatives, processes and workflows

  • Managing and reviewing cross-organization requests to ensure compliance with policies and alignment with the brand

  • Streamlining processes and driving the overall efficiency of the team, including reporting, cross-team resources, best practices, etc.

  • Data-driven Initiatives & Reporting

  • Maintaining and enhancing monthly and quarterly reports that highlight impact to key business objectives

  • Owning relationships with measurement vendors and managing the collection of cross-team datasets including media relations, SEO, video, and social media metrics

  • Collaborating with key business partners in the Marketing organization to improve and socialize External Communications measurement

  • Logistics & Vendor Management

  • Managing team meeting/event logistics including scheduling, building agendas, developing/consolidating meeting content and coordinating guest speakers

  • Track and manage licenses and pre-purchased services across multiple vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires 4 or more years of experience in operations, project management and/or data management, preferably within a communications or marketing team (international team a plus)

  • Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables across multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to quickly and efficiently prioritize multiple requests

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once with exceptional attention to detail and maintain a deadline-driven approach

  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvements and data-driven analyses

  • Experience working with vendors, finance, procurement, and other business partners

  • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Webex) with preferred proficiency in data management and project management tools such as SmartSheet.
