ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager reporting to our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and executing work of a multi-function project team through rapid, data-driven iterations focused on customer and stakeholder outcomes. Collaborate alongside engineering design and business teams integrating customer insights with design best practices and building and deploying quality features. Work on Agile teams to drive story creation and prioritization. Participate in sprint planning and release planning and be core contributor in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Define and execute individual product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps. Collaborate with ADP’s Corporate Strategy Team as needed, to identify opportunities outside of ADP for acquisition targets, competitive positioning, and other needs. Adapt strategy to continually improve products through understanding business metrics and focus on product initiatives to drive results. Plan around market and product evolution, based on anticipating customer needs and competitor moves. Identify and propose new partnerships or acquisitions, through knowledge and understanding of competitors and the market, to broaden or enhance a product portfolio. Define and communicate the vision for the end-to-end customer experience journey from sign-up to setup. Design and run A/B tests and user research opportunities. Demonstrate products to the customers. Measure products effectiveness, identify trends, report outcomes, and drive priorities to improve product, measure success against product KPIs. Articulate and deliver the vision, strategies, priorities, and desired outcomes to key partners across ADP. Adapt strategy to continually improve products, proposes new products and features that combine data from feedback resources and prioritizes features and creates plan.SALARY: $155,542 to $229,800 per yearJOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience. 10% Travel required. Telecommuting Permitted.
