Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes.

Patient is a 6 year old male with a gtube and trach located in Rosedale. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a

Patient is a 9 year old male with a gtube, trach, and vent located in Baltimore, 21224. Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7p-7a

Patient is a 7 year old male with a gtube located in Baltimore, 21206. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday 11:30p-7:30a

Patient is a 5 year old male with a gtube located in Owings Mills. Shifts are every night 10p-6a

Patient is a 28 year old male with a gtube and seizures located in Upperco, 21155. Shifts are Wed-Saturday 10p-7a

Patient is a 32 year old male with a gtube located in Ellicott City. Shifts are every night 10p-6a

  Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

  Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
