A manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in soldering components and wires onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and efficiency. You will work with a variety of hand tools and use a microscope for detailed tasks, all while collaborating with a team to ensure high-quality production standards. Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components onto PCBs with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Solder wires and connectors to PCBs, ensuring secure and reliable connections.

• Operate and maintain various hand tools used in soldering, such as soldering irons, tweezers, and desoldering equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately position and solder components according to specifications.

• Work under a microscope to perform detailed soldering tasks, ensuring precision in component placement and solder joints.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure consistent quality.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes.
