ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Academic Excellence Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Academic Excellence and the team to support the continuous improvement and quality assurance of educational programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to applied research projects, assist with academic quality processes, and support the team in maintaining the high standards of H-FARM Business School. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business education and research, with the possibility of developing skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the coordination of quality assurance processes for the academic programs, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.

• Support the team with applied research projects, gathering and analyzing data to contribute to business research insights.

• Assist the development of Centre of Competences and maintain the relationship with Scientific Directors and Board Members of the knowledge areas.

• Collaborate with faculty and other teams to ensure the smooth implementation of educational programs.

• Prepare documentation required to create relationships with potential partners concerning Centre of Competences activities and applied research projects.

• Assist in monitoring academic performance metrics and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Potential to take part in teaching assistant activities, based on your area of interest and expertise.

  REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., management engineering or other engineering fields, business, economics, management).

• Strong interest in business education and research.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage data and prepare reports.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.

• Fluency in both Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
